Objectives
1. To keep pace with times and shape curriculum from time to time
2. To take lead in launching new modes of thoughts as part of new literary, social and cultural movements.
3. To equip the students with new conceptual and theoretical approaches.
4. To equip the students for establishing a meaningful link between literature and society.

studies (Teklanika Kannada)

Graduates who have secured 40% in the aggregate of all subjects and 50% marks in the cognate subject in the qualifying University examinations are eligible to apply. Candidates with B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. Degrees are eligible to apply provided they have scored 55% in the Language concerned in the degree course with Kannada Rathna or Pandit.

Nature of Course – Semester Scheme

Duration –  4 Semesters (2 years)

Intake –  20 (Government Quota) + 20(Payment Seats)

Eligibility : M.A. in Kannada & M.A. in Comparative literature
