GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL​

1. Accessibility and Approachability

We strive to create an environment where individuals feel comfortable and confident in expressing their grievances. We have designated Grievance Redressal Officers who are easily accessible and approachable for students, faculty, and staff to discuss their concerns.

2. Confidentiality and Privacy

We maintain strict confidentiality and respect the privacy of individuals who come forward with grievances. All information shared during the grievance redressal process is treated with utmost confidentiality, ensuring that the identity of the complainant is protected.

3. Grievance Submission

We provide multiple channels for submitting grievances, including in-person meetings, written complaints, and online platforms. Students, faculty, and staff can approach the Grievance Redressal Officers directly or submit their grievances through designated online portals or complaint boxes.

4. Timely Resolution

We understand the importance of resolving grievances promptly. Once a grievance is received, the Grievance Redressal Officers initiate an investigation or evaluation process to gather relevant information and evidence. Every effort is made to resolve grievances within a reasonable timeframe, keeping all parties informed about the progress
