The IQAC committee is formed by the governing body of S.E.A College of Science, Commerce, and Arts for the continuous improvement of quality in academics, infrastructure, teaching and learning, extension activities, governance, etc.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Vision of the IQAC<\/strong><\/span><br \/>&#8220;To cultivate and sustain a culture of excellence throughout the institution, emphasizing a steadfast dedication to preserving and advancing rigorous quality benchmarks.&#8221;<br \/><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Mission of the IQAC<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\u201cTo channelize and systematize the efforts and measures of an institution towards academic excellence.&#8221;<br \/>\u201cTo be the driving force for ushering in quality to remove deficiencies and enhance quality\u201d<br \/><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Goals of the IQAC<\/strong><\/span><br \/>To establish robust quality systems, fostering deliberate, continuous, and transformative initiatives to enhance both the academic and administrative excellence of the college. Additionally, to advocate for institutional practices that prioritize quality improvement through the global integration of quality culture and the systematic incorporation of best practices.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Roles and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Development and implementation of quality benchmarks\/parameters for various academic an administrative activities of the institution<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Development of Quality Culture in the institution and faculty maturation to adopt the required knowledge and technology for participatory teaching and learning process<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Conducting internal Academic as well as Administrative<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Arrangement for feedback response from students, parents, and other stakeholders on quality-related institutional matters.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Dissemination of information on various quality parameters of higher education.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Documentation of the various programmes\/activities leading to quality improvement and<br \/>maintenance of institutional database for the purpose of maintaining \/enhancing the institutional<br \/>quality<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Organization of inter and intra institutional workshops, seminars on quality related themes.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Preparation of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) as
