GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL COMMITTEE (GRC) & PROCEDURE<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In order to comply with the UGC and AICTE regulations for addressing student\u2019s grievance in the Institution, \u201c<\/span>Grievance Redressal Committee\u201d <\/b>has been constituted with the following members to enquire the nature and extent of grievance. The committee is reconstituted comprising of the following members.<\/span><\/p>

1.Rules and Procedure (University)<\/b><\/b><\/p>

As per the University Grants Commission, New Delhi has established an \u201cOnline Grievance Redressal Portal for the Students \u201c, to provide a mechanism for Redressal of students\u2019 grievances and ensure transparency in admission, prevention of unfair practices, etc. Bengaluru North University has appointed a NODAL OFFICER to monitor and respond to students\u2019 grievances through this portal.<\/span><\/p>

Students from the colleges\u00a0 can\u00a0 lodge complaints related to the admission process, non-transparent or any unfair evaluation practices, provision of student\u00a0 amenities,\u00a0 alleged\u00a0 discrimination\u00a0 of students, etc. through \u201cOnline Students Grievance Redressal Portal\u201d of UGC (website New\u00a0 Delhi. Nodal Officer of\u00a0 Grievances Redressal Portal will monitor and respond to students\u2019 grievances lodged onto this PORTAL.<\/span><\/p>

2.Objective:<\/strong><\/p>

A Grievance Redressal Committee has been formed in our college to settle genuine grievances of students, staff, and parents up to a satisfaction level to create a healthy relationship among the students, parent\u2019s employees, and employer. The grievance will include any matter relating to students and staff. The committee is requested to contribute effectively to dispose of the grievances at the earliest.<\/span><\/p>

3.Rules<\/strong><\/b><\/h5>
  • To deal with all the genuine grievances of students and staff of the college.<\/span><\/li>
  • All complainants should file their grievances either by writing in paper to\u00a0 the committee or online on the website of the college.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
