The College library is a gateway to a world of information and is the \u201cHeart\u201d of the learning community. It plays a vital role in the search for knowledge and serves as the workshop for the entire college. Our library strives to facilitate and inspire students and faculty to acquire, create and share knowledge. As a Sanctuary of knowledge, it provides a diverse collection of books, journals and digital resources that cater to students\u2019 academic needs and intellectual curiosities across various disciplines. It enriches the knowledge base of students with 15219 books, 21 journals, 214 rare books, 400 e-books and 10 e-journals. Apart from these the college also has Braille books 14 to facilitate the blind readers.
The library also has a paid subscription with DELNET from which both the students and the staff can benefit free of cost. Along with it the readers can have access to e resources from JSTOR, NDL, E-Shodh Sindhu and Bookboon.
The library has WIFI connectivity. The readers can have access to the books by using the computers and internet facility available in the library. The reading experience is enhanced with WIFI connectivity exclusive for the library where the students can work for research or projects.
To facilitate the students learning, the library has allotted space in the library for QR codes in the libraries, newspapers, question banks of Bangalore north university, information on the library and other e learning resources. Many students benefit from this facility that can be accessed by their mobile phones.The library takes steps to enhance the quality of the knowledge base of the students by adding books every year.<\/p>
